Camp Grace has always desired to be a partner ministry with local churches in order to most effectively reach the community with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
With that in mind, we offer a church group discount for any church that will recruit and send 10 or more campers to Camp Grace during the summer.
Qualifying church groups will receive $10 off the cost of EVERY child from their group in addition to any other scholarships or discounts available to individual campers.
What makes our group "qualify" as a church group?
To qualify as a church group:
-
You must have 10 or more children attend camp throughout the summer. They may be day campers and / or overnight campers. They do not have to attend the same week of camp, so any child from Kindergarten to High School senior will count as part of your group.
-
The registration deposits must come from the church. This means that a "church group coordinator" needs to collect completed registrations and a $50 deposit from each camper and then send that to us in a single packet with a single church check. The balance, including additional options and bank money may be paid either by the church OR by the individual campers at check-in.
-
With any payment, please send a completed Church Group Form so that we know how the funds should be applied.
-
Register your group as soon as possible. Spots are available on a first come, first served basis. Additional campers may be added to the church group later. Also, the church group discount will be in addition to the early bird discount if the registrations are received on or before May 1st. All church group registrations must be received before June 1st to qualify for the church group discount.
Can I be a church group coordinator?
-
Anyone can be a church group coordinator. We recommend that you speak to the pastor of your church first and see if you can freely talk to the parents and children in your church. Then, contact our office and let us know that you are working on putting together a group from your church. We will help in any way that we can including sending out a staff representative to make a recruiting presentation to your church.
-
Ask your pastor if the church is willing to provide any financial assistance to help children come to camp and use that as a recruiting tool. Before any individual or group scholarships or discounts, the cost of day camp is $150 plus bank money, and the cost of overnight camp is $250 plus additional options and bank money.

Take advantage of this website and especially our Summer Camp Forms and Videos and Frequently Asked Questions pages as recruiting tools. Feel free to use any of our resources to make public or private presentations to recruit campers. Don't be afraid to partner with another church if necessary to reach 10 campers.
